Getting Found Online

The Challenge

A client in the transportation industry faced a detrimental issue of not being found online.

The Strategy

A website redesign, rebrand, and an overall digital focus was needed for this client in order for SEO to be effective. Once the redesign and branding took place, we established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track our SEO efforts.

The Results

We saw major improvements in the course of one year: 17% traffic growth, 209% increase in mobile usage, 150% increase in website conversions, and sustained organic search growth.

Multiple Locations

The Challenge

A law firm, which is in a competitive industry, wanted to expand into several locations throughout Northeast Ohio and improve their website traffic and leads from these targeted locations.

The Strategy

We optimized the website on page and off page for the locations they were targeting. We built optimized landing pages and created Google My Business listings.

The Results

Year over year, we saw a 35% increase in website traffic (880 vs. 1,342), a 28% increase in organic search traffic (465 vs. 642) and a 230% increase in website conversions (84 vs. 277).

Conversion Rates

The Challenge

A client in the transportation industry didn’t have a problem with people finding them online, but once the visitors were on their website, the client was not seeing people convert through their website.

The Strategy

Based on the client’s budget, we put in manual tracking methods on their website. We tracked contact form completions, created Pay Per Click (PPC) advertisements, made the phone number easily assessable for site visitors, and fixed other website user experience issues.

The Results

In a five month period, we found a 332% increase (19 vs. 82) in overall website conversion rates from implementation of our strategy.

Quality Website Traffic

The Challenge

A client in the security industry was looking to optimize their website as optimization had not been a factor in their previous web design process. This client wanted to understand why they weren’t getting qualified website traffic.

The Strategy

We analyzed the website stats and keyword data and found search terms that were not industry specific to this client. We looked at the website holistically, created a targeted and focused keyword strategy, and implemented those keywords and other optimization strategies throughout the website.

The Results

We saw quality traffic increase by 38% (642 vs 887) to the website year over year and an increase in website conversions of 50% (36 vs 54). We also found through the client’s keyword data that the search terms that brought the users to the client’s website were now industry-related. This data told us the client was gaining more qualified traffic.

Competitor Analysis

The Challenge

A client in the builders/residential building industry had website goals of improving their downloadable specification and data sheets, as well as improving their overall website optimization compared to their competitors.

The Strategy

We performed a competitor analysis looking at the keywords their competitor’s ranked for and refocused the client’s keyword strategy. We then implemented effective call to actions on their to guide their customers to take action.

The Results

We saw a 17% growth in overall website traffic within one year and the quality score of their website began to heavily increase.
